Bhavani Balasubramanyam is a visual storyteller and facilitator based between Glasgow and Singapore, using comics, illustration, and theatre to explore South Asian identity, mental health, and the occasional cameo from her cat, Kevin.

Shivani Sridhara

Shivani is an Indian Graphic Designer & Multimedia artist currently based in London. Her practice is passionately feminist and expressed through multiple media. Deeply narrative driven, her work is prescribed by intensive practice based research. Through it, she hopes to build a dialogue about the politics of being a woman in Indian society.

Sadhika is a student of life and, academically, has been a student of history, with a focus on gender identity and labour. She is a self-taught graphic designer and has a strong interest in storytelling, social impact, and good governance. She’s always interested in learning new things, meeting good people, and eating excellent food. She lives in Delhi and loves drinking chai no matter the season.

Rian is a Norwegian-Kashmiri graphic designer. His practice combines design, writing, and research, with a strong focus on societal themes such as activism, norm-critical perspectives, multilingualism, and decolonial thought. Growing up in a Western society while being raised in a Muslim, South Asian household, duality has shaped his approach to design.

Nasreen Ahmad
RECULTURALLY
Nasreen Ahmed is a third-culture social scientist and artist with Kashmiri ancestry based between Norway and the Netherlands. Her work seeks to redefine decolonisation / reculturing of oneself, and of academia and the arts. A Criminologist by education, activist by experience and an artist at heart, her practice exists somewhere in the in-between.

Dona Pabasara is a creative strategist & advocate for youth empowerment, blending art and impact to bring global stories to life. With a background in political economics, she is passionate about projects that drive transformational change in their local communities & celebrate diverse voices.

Prashanti Aswani

Prashanti Aswani is an animation director, animator and illustrator based in London. Her work often revolves around themes of immigration, education, film and the female body. Her work has been featured in film festivals including SXSW, Raindance and Annecy Film Festival. Her illustration career has been beautifully written about in It’s Nice That.

Sudeshna is a maker with a restless mind. A deep love for crafts, handmade processes and storytelling led her to work closely with traditional Indian textiles as a designer, researcher and illustrator. Her visual practice focuses on telling stories, primarily those associated with traditions and material culture.

Jade (it/its) is a queer, tranarchist, poet, essayist, and teaching artist from Chandigarh, India. It is deeply inspired by, the politics of indispensability and the multimedia practice of hope. Its first full-length book 'Hold Me,' a collection of lyric essays, came out from Split/Lip Press in 2024.
